Q’tees & Moore offers handmade, embroidered, personalized, and made-to-order products.
Because many of our products are handmade, slight variations in stitching, placement, color, texture, or appearance may occur. These variations are a natural part of handmade products and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
Product photos are provided for illustration purposes. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your device, monitor, lighting, or other factors.
2. Custom & Personalized Orders
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing custom or personalized orders, including names, initials, spelling, sizes, colors, designs, and other requested details.
Please carefully review your order before submitting it.
Q’tees & Moore is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Because personalized and custom items are made specifically for the customer, cancellations, changes, returns, or exchanges may not be available once an order has entered production, except where required by applicable law.
3. Order Acceptance
Placing an order through our website does not guarantee that the order will be accepted.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Product availability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Incorrect customer information
- Inability to fulfill a custom request
- Other circumstances that prevent us from completing the order
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the customer will receive a refund of the amount paid for the canceled order.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and accepted.
Applicable sales tax and shipping charges may be added at checkout.
Payment must be successfully received before an order can be processed.
5. Handmade Products
Our products are made with care in a small-business environment. Handmade items may have minor differences from one another.
Small variations in embroidery, stitching, fabric placement, thread appearance, or other handmade characteristics are not considered defects when they are consistent with the handmade nature of the product.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information regarding returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items may have different return and cancellation restrictions because they are created specifically for the customer.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
7. Shipping
Shipping and processing information is provided in our Shipping Policy.
Q’tees & Moore is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, holidays, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

All content on this website, including but not limited to photographs, product descriptions, logos, graphics, designs, text, branding, and other materials, belongs to Q’tees & Moore or is used with appropriate permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or use our content, designs, photographs, logo, or branding without written permission.

If you provide photographs, artwork, logos, names, or other materials for use in creating a custom product, you represent that you have the right to provide those materials for this purpose.
You are responsible for ensuring that materials you submit do not violate another person’s or company’s copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
Q’tees & Moore reserves the right to refuse a custom request if we believe the requested design or material may violate applicable laws or another party’s rights.
